This chair does not match the product photos at all, not even close. Makes me wonder if this is one of those cases where the manufacturing quality goes down over time. All the padding and cushion you see in the product photo is a complete lie, the real thing has almost no padding - especially in the back. Technically yes the design is the same, but the filling is completely flat (it's designed that way), it's not soft and cushioned like the photo shows.I gave it 2 stars because it's a rolling chair that works. There's not much else going for it, and I'm returning mine. There are better options out there, keep looking!
