I like how this support cushion can be strapped on to the chair you are trying to use it on. I've had lower back pain for awhile so I thought I would give this a try. When I used it in a recliner it did help my lower back but after awhile my upper back started to hurt. I tried it on a folding chair but it kept slipping and I couldn't get it to stay in place. I'm going to try to get a different chair to see if it will work better on a different style. It would be really helpful if it came with instructions to know if I'm using it correctly.We drove 14 hours and it helped my back on the tripThe concept looks good, but the piece itself is flimsy. It doesn’t support your back. It needs to be built stronger. Definitely not what I expected.Don't stay in place. Doesn't give lower back support
